SwiftSend is designed for local, peer-to-peer file transfer. SwiftSend is sold as a paid upfront app through the App Store. Apple processes App Store purchases; SwiftSend does not receive your payment card details.

Data Collection

SwiftSend does not collect personal data for the developer. The app does not use accounts, developer-operated cloud storage, advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs.

Local Transfers

When you choose to send files, folders, photos, text, or messages, SwiftSend transfers that content directly to the device or browser session you select on your local network. SwiftSend does not upload your transfer content to developer-operated servers.

People who can reach a local share link may be able to download the items you choose to share, depending on your approval and PIN settings. Only share items with people and devices you trust.

On-Device Storage

SwiftSend may store app settings, device aliases, favorite devices, transfer history, and received-file records on your device. Received files are saved to the SwiftSend Inbox or to a folder you choose. You can clear transfer history inside the app.

Permissions

Local Network, to discover and transfer with nearby compatible devices.
Files and folders, to send selected items and save received items.
Photos, to send selected photos or save received photos and videos when you enable that option.

Children

SwiftSend is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated when SwiftSend changes its data practices. If the app begins using analytics, cloud services, advertising, or third-party SDKs that collect data, this policy and the App Store privacy answers must be updated.

SwiftSend 可能会在你的设备上保存应用设置、设备别名、收藏设备、传输历史和接收文件记录。收到的文件会保存到 SwiftSend Inbox 或你选择的文件夹。你可以在应用内清除传输历史。

权限

本地网络：用于发现附近兼容设备并传输内容。
文件和文件夹：用于发送你选择的项目并保存收到的项目。
照片：用于发送你选择的照片，或在你启用后保存收到的照片和视频。

儿童

SwiftSend 并非面向儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

变更

当 SwiftSend 的数据处理方式发生变化时，本政策可能会更新。如果应用开始使用分析、云服务、广告或会收集数据的第三方 SDK，则必须更新本政策和 App Store 隐私问答。
